AdSense Response to Complaint

11-18-2009

Hello,

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance
for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've taken,
please do not reply to this email. You can find more information by
visiting

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

  1. I filed an appeal using their online form at:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact=appeal_form

    And;

I also sent the following email to Google:

    Dear Google,

I strongly encourage that someone from GOOGLE and GOOGLE ADSENSE answer my questions about my account being disabled with exact reasons and causes. I demand payment of adsense revenue generated up until the dismissal of my account. I sent in an email (Below) questioning payment concerns and I get disabled without reason or response. Failure to contact me, failure to reply, and/or failure to reinstate my ad campaign will result in a lawsuit for unfair business practice, breach of contract and loss of revenue.
