Class Action Suit Inquiry

I just submitted a consultation request to a Law Firm in California relating to the complaints I have with Google and AdSense.

If anyone would like to pursue a class action suit against Google for:

• Disabling AdSense or AdSearch account without explanation or cause,
• Withheld revenue earned via AdSense or AdSearch,
• Google remains evasive or non-responsive to complaints or appeals, or,
• Breach of Contract Agreement and Terms of Service

Complaint Filed With CA Attorney General

I am inquiring about how to start an investigation against Google for: Terminating a contract without cause, withholding revenue generated without cause and loss of revenue. There are several thousand people getting their advertising accounts disabled without reason and Google remains evasive and non-responsive.

This complaint is regarding that I am a sole proprietor who owns a website http://holybibleministry.com and have entered into a business contract with "Google," and "Google AdSense" to place advertisements for google and a google search bar on my website in return for revenue generated by searches or Clicks.

I recently received an email stating that my account was disabled:

"While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance
for your understanding and cooperation."

I have attempted to contact Google to find an answer or an explanation as to the sudden act they have taken, yet they remain evasive and non-responsive. After looking through blogs about Google and their recent practices, I have found several thousand complaints without resolution.

Also, they have retained the revenue that my site has generated and have not provided me any form of compensation whatsoever nor the ability to collect.

I have saved all correspondence with google, I can provide links to similar complaints, I can provide my server information if necessary - what ever you need to pursue this complaint, you have my full cooperation.

AdSense Complaint

Dear AdSense,

I want to know how I can have a particular amount shown one hour ($5.28)
and the next hour it is $.56?

I am questioning the queries and clicks as well because the numbers do not
match at all.

Are you stealing from people who advertise for you?

I have been checking my status quite regularly, I have watched the numbers
and the anylitics pages and nothing matches at all.

I think I deserve some answers.
